Customization qt.

Hi,

I need to customize SugarCRM. We are a professional services org. How much effort would this take and please briefly describe the steps I need to follow? I am new to SugarCRM.

Change 1: Tag staff for Opportunities•
Aim: We need to identify potential staff that can be assigned to the Opportunities
• My understanding of customizations
o Create a new table in Sugar CRM (Staffing) – attributes are staff details, tags (week numbers)
o Modify the Opportunity table, UI to allows for tagging staff


Change 2: Contact Name in Opportunity
• Aim: We need to associate a contact with every opportunity
