    Default Customize case number

    hi,
    I have customized SugarCRM according to my requirements.Before customizing,while I create case,case number takes by default by its own in serial order. I don't required to enter case number.But after customization there a option to enter case nuber.Means I have to enter case number value.I want to change it as it was earlier.Means case number takes by its own according to case number.Where I have to change settings.I have forgotten where I have change the settings for that.
    Please help me out.Please guide me regarding this.

    We had something similar happen-go into studio, and check to see if you've got Case Number in your EditView. If it is, remove it.

    You'll need to keep it in the DetailView, but if it is in EditView and you remove it from there, that should solve your problem.
