I am new to modifying sugarcrm. I am trying to modify the contact advanced search form to add some custom text fields as check boxes to search for records where it is not null.
For example, I have a text field for each US State (florida, new york, california etc...) on the contact form where we put that contact's certification number for that state. On the advanced search form, I would like to be able to check off florida to show all that have a florida certification (ie: and florida is not null)
Can this be done with sugar?
