Customize Lead Source in Mysql?

Can someone tell me the path to the Sugar file where Sugar saves all my Lead Source list?

You should be able to just open the Dropdown Editor and edit the lead_source_dom.

I would like to change the value, not the display naming. Is it possible in the dropdown editor?

Delete the existing entry and then make a new one that fits your needs.
