Customizing "Additional Details" pop-up in the Lead List

I checked the documentation, the Wiki and forums and couldn't find reference to this.
I'm using Sugar Open Source 4.5.0c

How are the fields that appear in the "Additional Details" pop-up when you roll over the triangle in a list view selected?

Are they customizable in the Studio editor or somewhere else accessible to an administrative user? If not, where would this be done in the code/modules? Is it is a major modification requiring multiple changes or a readily accessible list? I'm not a developer, but I am able/willing to do some PHP coding. I just want to know what I'd be getting into so I can make an intelligent decision abouit whether it's worth attempting.
