Customizing Browser Title

Changing LBL_BROWSER_TITLE to a custom string doesn't reflect in the title bar. Looks like it is being cached and this change is not being used at all. Any clues how to reflect the change?

The environment:
SugarCRM 5.0.0b
Apache 2.2.6
PHP 5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.46
FireFox Browser

The facility to change that is in Sugar. Go to Admin | System settings. There, under user interface you'll see a setting called System Name. Enter what you want to appear in the browser window to that box.
