Customizing List Query Results for Accounts Module

I'm trying to real quickly adjust the Accounts module to only show accounts to employees that are in the same state. In other words, employees in Colorado (CO) should only see accounts in Colorado when they go to list view. What's the quickest way to do that (what PHP file should I edit to tweak the WHERE clause - or is there another quick and easy way to do it?)

(Using Sugar Community Edition Version 5.5.2)

That wasn't too hard - I was able to achieve what I needed by creating a view.list.php in my Accounts/views folder and extending the listViewProcess function similar to what was done in this thread: http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58494
