Customizing SugarCRM for Real Estate

I'm looking for a Real Estate solution for SugarCRM.. I'm not looking to pay anyone to have this created. If there isnt 1 thats already made, I will probably do it myself.. What kind of coding knowledge would I have to know to do this?I know xhtml, css, little PHP and a little Javascript.. would this be enough or do I need to know more PHP/Javascript? I dont know enough to write from scratch but I can look at PHP/Javascript and kind of understand it..

For the most part, you can have a basic setup if you can use a mouse and keyboard. You can create fields, drag and drop them into layouts, and configure almost any basic need through the studio.

You'll find it to be a huge time saver vs. coding stuff yourself.


Download and install it in a development environment and just play around with the studio while reading docs on it, you'll get the hang of it fast.


After that you will plan out what modifications and modules you'll need to build in the studio, and you can have a system up and configured in no time.
