I am looking for the following functionalty and can't seem to find it.

1. I have leads coming from various sources into SugarCRM in real time
2. I want my agents to click on the "Leads" tab and see the freshest lead
3. Once the agent works with the lead he can convert it to an opportinity or release the lead to the general pool.
4. Once released this lead would go to the back of the line.

Is this possible to accomplish?
