    Question Daily scheduled "un-held" calls

    On the average day I have about 15-20 calls scheduled.
    For the calls I am unable to make, I have to go in and edit them, and re-schedule them for the next day.

    Question: Is it possible to have my "un-held" calls automotically default to the next day when they're left as planned?

    It's just that at the end of the day...I am often stuck re-scheduling calls from one day to the next...very time consuming

    By default they will stay in your list if you do not mark the call as held or not held. In the listing they will show up in red. You can leave them like that until you get to them then edit the call at the time you actually do call them. this way you have an Idea of which calls have been delayed and how long they were delayed before you get arround to making the call. Unless this was an appointment call where it must be set up in advance like a confrence call.
