Dashboard graphs not showing

Hi All,

I for the life of me cannot get these graphs to show up. When visiting the Dashboard page I have empty area's where the graphs would show up. There are no errors and nothing indicating what could be wrong.

I am currently running a debian box with PHP4.* , mysql, gd libs, and apache.

when looking at phpinfo() it tells me that GD is enabled.


Can anyone help direct me in the right direction???

Which version of Sugar? 2.5 does not need the GD library anymore. It uses Flash instead. So if you do not have falsh on your client computer, no graphs, i assume.

Hi,
I see graph the demo on my client,
but i don't see the graph of my installation.
I tried to remore GD library in php.ini in effect I have the same result, but I don't think are necessary Flash.
It's the first time that someone talk about Flash for SugarCRM with me!!!
Help me!!!!

Up with version 2.5 the graph are no longer using GD libraries but flash to display the results (this is described in the 2.5 features/improvments).

It's true thanks, in fact I update Flash on my pc, but nothink change
I don't see the graph.

i assume you have entered some entrioes? No Opportunity, No pipeline, to put it short.

Even after you entered data you might have to click refresh.

Same problem.

I have opportunities ($2400 and $5000 for test purposes) and they do not appear in the graphics.

Moreover the $ symbols appear as a square.

I am investigating since this morning on the problem but I did not find the bug or the workaround.

Same problem,

Running SugarCrm 2.5.1beta on Windows XP sp2, IIS, mySql 4.1.10, php 5.0.3. I just installed it yesterday with the demo data.

17h : don't exactly remember what I've done (rights modifications on directories, rights modifications on MySql user, retstart MySQL) ... It works fine now !!!

According to some other bugs I encountered during tests of Field Layout, it seems that there are some adjustements that need to be done around directories and/or rights/security.
I hope I will find somewhere a complete documentation about this.

Look for the cache directory in your install and give IUSR_ write access to this folder. I don't know which file/s need the exact write policy, so I am lazy and made the whole folder this way, and it works now for me.
