Dashboard Permissions and Customization

Hi, all, this is my first post here, after read so much about sugar ^_^ !

Ok, I have installed Sugar 5.1.0a on a RHEL 5, without no problem and total functionalities, but for me is very important de security level of all data.

I have designed a role management between users, views, etc, but now I have a problem, the Dashboard Tab.

In this tab there are graphics that could see anyone, and what I want to do is limit the to personal pipelines for normal users and a full pipeline for the ceo of company.

Apart from this, I want to disable the Add Dashlet buttom to avoid normal users could build their own graphs with data of other mates.

I don't know if that it's possible, but I have been reading a lot about that, y have comment in php files of Dashboard Module and no result, like and admin y browse to to admin, user management, user and restore to defaults the dashboard, appear the defaul 4 charts when I only want the My Pipeline.

Any Idea?

Im interested in doing something like this as well. How do I restrict users from adding dashlets?
