Dashboard pipeline doesn't recognize customized sales stages?

I am using Version 4.5.1

I have customized the drop-down values for Sales Stage to conform to the step descriptions we use here. I can enter an Opportunity and look at it, edit it, etc.

The Home Page Pipeline Dashboard does NOT display the Opportunity, however. I turned debugging on and found that the query to load the opportunities for this display is looking for the original set of sales stages. They appear hard coded in the debugging display of the query.

Is there someplace other than the drop-down list for sales stage that I need to change?

I have attached an excerpt from the sugarcrm log file that shows the erroneous SELECT statement.

My sales stages are customized too, and opportunities weren't being charted on the home page either. I deleted the chart dashlet, created a new one, then opened it for editing and saved it without changing anything. Then it worked. I guess that forces it to grab the custom info.

Thank you so much. That seems to have worked.

I also discovered that ONE of my stages refused to "stick" when I updated an Opportunity. I could enter it in Edit mode, but it would not show up later in Detail mode and the Opportunity would not appear on the Pipeline chart. I deleted the stage from the dropdown and reentered it (with a slightly shorted name - which MAY have been the problem). All is well now.
