    Default dashboard/pipeline by sales stage - one user's pipeline doesn't show

    Hi,

    I was wondering if anyone has any ideas:

    When I go to the Dashboard to view Pipeline by Sales Stage I can see all users on the right. It also shows pipelines by user and sales stage as expected.

    However, the opportunities of one user, who most definitely has some at various stages in the sales process doe not show. When I scroll over his name it doesn't highlight and nothing comes up. Any ideas what this is?

    Have you clicked on the edit (pencil) icon in the upper right to confirm the correct date ranges and opportunity stages are selected? It is possible that the filter criteria don't include the opportunities assigned to that individual.

    I'm also running into the same problem after performing the upgrade to 5.0.0b (from 4.2.0d).

    Under the dashlet, "My Pipeline", I can see my opportunities listed.
    But, under the dashlet, "Pipeline By Sales Stage", those opportunities are NOT listed... other opportunities are, but not mine.

    Also, it's rather unfortunate that the SugarCRM development team removed the ability to select *which* user to run the report against.... something we used all the time. Perhaps a feature to re-include in the next release ;-)

    I think I've resolved my issue. Looks like you need to 'Reset to Default' the "User preferences" in the "User Management", for the user who's having problem seeing the full list of opportunities.
