Dashboard Reporting and access to ....

I am very new to Sugar CRM and I'm trying to find if it's possible in Sugar version 5.2 to separate the reporting information so that a sales rep can only see THEIR pipeline, THEIR lead source reporting, THEIR outcome by month, etc.

My boss wants me to set it up this way where a user with Admin privledges can view everything in the Dashboard reporting, but a sales rep w/o Admin rights can only see their own leads, ops, and such.

I tried going into the Admin settings to adjust the User Roles, but I don't see anything for the Dashboard reports.

Is what I'm trying to do not possible?

Which version of sugar you are using? I believe you may need to customize the chart dashlets to achieve this.
