Dashboard Reports Not Working

Hello All,

I've been making changes like a mad person to my SugarCrm 4.2.1B installation... the Pipeline by Sales Stage chart was working up untill yesterday (as far as i can tell)... now it no longer displays an data in the chart, even if i hit refresh. ANy advice on how this chart populates and how i can get it to start working again?

We are experiencing the same problem. We found that if you include a large number of users in your report it causes the graphics to fail due to limitations of IE.

Try going into the Edit link, select less users and see if that helps. Or try running this in NetScape.

If anybody knows a fix or workaround please let us know.

So interesting enough, i deleted all of the opportunities in the system, then entered 3 test opportunities and now they are displaying on the pipeline by sales stage chart. So it seems to be working now...

Any reason or info on why this may have happened? There was a total of about 100 opportunities before, when it was broken, spread between 18 users. Is there some max setting that once the opportunity limit is reached is disables the report?

Anyone know how to fix this without removing all optys? I have hundreds and cannot remove them all.
