Dashboard totals mismatch with Opportunities

Friends,

I ran into a strange problem and really need some help. I'll try best to explain the problem in here taking one example.

Salesman "A" has 4 opportunities listed in his account worth a total of $600K. But in the dashboard the barchart shows him a total of $132M (Million) and hovering on the bar tells us there are 88 opportunities.

Now I don't even have that many opportunities in my system.

And when we click on the bar it takes us to only those 4 opportunities totalling up to $600K.

Funny part if only people who enter their opportunities face this issue. But when a manager/supervisor or an admin logs in they see the dashboard right.


Really appreciate all your help as we are totally dependent on this system.

Try loggin in as Admin going to the Admin Panel then the Repair section and clear the cache chart data.
Or hit the 'refresh' image next to the chart.

I did try that out already but forgot to talk about one problem. There were 2 options -


Option "Clear Chart Data Cache" worked successfully.


There was another option "Rebuilds relationship meta data and drops the cache file" which gives me an error and I am suspecting this one. the error is -

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.;C:\dev\php5\pear') in D:\Program Files\iCRM\oss\httpd\htdocs\iCRM\modules\Administr ation\RebuildRelationship.php on line 34


Funny part is I don't even have a folder named "C:\dev\php5\pear'" on my server.

Would this be a hint?
