Dashlet Error Message - New Installation

I just started using Sugar CRM and I got this error when I first tried to add dashlets from the main page. When I do it, I get the following error.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in
/home/.ottah/myname/concepts.myhost.com/SugarCRM/modules/Home/DisplayDashlet.php on line 30

I'm running SugarCRM 4.5.1, PHP 5.2.1 and mySQL 5.0.24a.


Everything else appears to work correctly. Any idea as to what could be causing this?
