dashlet fields

I am interested if someone can share a code of their dashlets with comments.

I am looking also into how do you add fields into dashlets that will show some info from relationships. For example how can i in lead dashlet show a call that is linked to this lead. Same goes for some other modules.

Would be great if someone could show where i can override the value of a field that will be shown in dashlet so for example i want to check if the name = 'xxx' then yyyValue = 'yyy';
