Hoping for some guidance in the right direction if possible. Runnign Sugar Community 6 on MS 2003 server. We are also running Outlook add-in and trailing quite a few, but all are generalting the same issue. Any leads or prospects created via the outlook add ons or iphone clients do not show up on the Pipeline Dashlets, however, if I create the prospect from within sugar (IE or Firefox) the data is displayed in the dashlet.
The error displayes is "no data available"
The other post all relate to a permissions error in the Linux folder structure. Just for fun, I ste all the sugar folders to "full control" on the server, No joy. Also did a quick rebuild, no joy there either.
Its almost as if some part of sugar "ignores" or "cant see" prospects created externally.
ANy help will be appreciated.
