We have installed SgarCRM on one of our servers in our office. We then were able to create IDs and log Activites as well. This was successful for a few days. Thereafter on a certain date, we had a major power failure and the backup power to the servers were also drained out & the servers were shut-down.

Once the electricity resumed and we started the SugarCRM server, all data and logins were deleted and there was no trace of the information anywhere.

Anyone knows where the data could be or how it can be re-stored or if a certain feature key has to be activated in SugarCRM for the data to be stored.
