Hi Folks,
We need some urgent advice as to how we might go about the extraction of all data from one instance of SugarCRM and the import of that data into a new instance of SugarCRM.
As a background, we have an instance of Sugar (our production instance of course!) that I am not inclined to trust the database for. Before I took management of it, someone botched an upgrade, and I am nowhere near confident that the structure of the database is "up to spec".
I've tried using the Import/Export features inside Sugar, but not everything seems to reimport.
Some modules seem to work perfectly, others give strange results, and strange errors (division by zero errors when clicking through pages in a list of emails, for example) - I have tried the existing database in a clean install of the software, and the errors remain, hence my belief that it's database at fault, not the PHP code.
A clean install of 4.5.1d has 92 tables, our current database has 109 - we have some custom fields, hence the difference. I'm not concerned if we lose the custom fields - we can put them back in later.
Basically, I'm hoping someone has a procedure that lets me yank all the standard (non-custom field) data out of one, and then import it back into the "clean" installation.
Thanks in advance to all!
