Hi, I am new to SugarCRM. I have just installed and tried it and have following questions:

1) When I use the ‘Print’ button on Calendar tab, it does not print out anything but; however, when I use the browser printing feature, it working just fine. What could have caused this?
2) When I add a new ‘Schedule Call’ and save it, it does not store any of that information to database’s table. Why? Where I can find these information? I searched all of sugarcrm’s tables (including ‘calls’ table) but did not see my new data.

Please advice.
