    Default Database problem

    I have Sugar CE 5.2 with Polish language pack. Unfortunately I installed TEAM module and something was broken with my database. I do not have a backup copy, so this is a problem with restoring to previous stage. What happened: something was broken with DB. For example - in advanced searching (customers i.e.) I can not search thru activity type, area and many other criteria. System is working quite good, but also if I have planned some calls or meetings on list I can see only company name without contact details, so I need to click on the name to find all contact details. Befor it everything was displayed. I can not uninstall module. I tried to repair database with Admin -> repair database but without possitive results. Is it any solution?

    Are you meaning when you search for some specific field the search returns an empty list?
    Reproduce the steps I suggested here. regarding the $main_query

    I have some modules that can not be uninstalled. This damaged me database.


    As you can see in advanced search I have almost the same criteria as in simple search.
    I have more problems in displaying calls etc.

    There are a couple of basic rules in SugarCRM:

    1. Before installing any new module, performing a system upgrade or applying a patch - BACKUP your data AND your application. This will allow you to roll back if you hit difficulties.

    2. If you can't find the information that you're looking for - hit the Clear button - this will clear any searches for that module.

    However, it looks as if you may have a more fundamental problem.

    Goto Admin>Repair>Quick Repair and run it.

    Hi,

    Now I know that backup is very important, but backup function from admin panel in Sugar is not everything. I need to backup also database. On the beginning I thought that sugar backup is all what I need to do.

    Unfortunately Admin>Repair>Quick Repair is giving me partialy solution. In fact - after that I have all searching options, but after loging as user all contacts, calls, matters etc are disapeaed. When I clicked on last viewed contact I got message:

    Retrieving record by id accounts:2a53ea25-3e4b-be70-dd0f-4a24f71f5339 found Query Failed:SELECT accounts.*,accounts_cstm.* FROM accounts LEFT JOIN accounts_cstm ON accounts.id = accounts_cstm.id_c WHERE accounts.id = '2a53ea25-3e4b-be70-dd0f-4a24f71f5339' AND accounts.deleted=0 LIMIT 0,1::MySQL error 1146: Table 'sugarcrm.accounts_cstm' doesn't exist
    Any tips for me?
