    Default Date format in date field

    How can I change the date format for date field? Preferably ALL date fields.
    Right now I have 2009-05-30, but I need it to be 30.05.2009.

    Oh, and I don't mean displayed data, I mean the one that is being put in email reminder via $bean->date_closed.

    P.S.: I am really sorry for such stupid question, but I still can't figure out how to do an exact phrase search on this forum. "Date format" or date+format didn't work at all, and there's no corresponding option in Search settings
