    Default date issue on opportunity import

    Hi, when performing an opportunity import, I can't get 'completed_date' to appear - the field is just blank.

    I have exported an opportunity, then re-imported. None of the date fields get completed, although other info works. Below is the record:

    "id","name","date_entered","date_modified","modifi ed_user_id","created_by","description","deleted"," assigned_user_id","opportunity_type","campaign_id" ,"lead_source","amount","amount_usdollar","currenc y_id","date_closed","next_step","sales_stage","pro bability","account_name","assigned_user_name"

    i have made sure the Admin and My Account date format is set to dd/mm/yyyy.

    Any suggestions?

    When importing open the Advanced Option screen at the end of your field mapping screen. There you can set date format and character set. The settings under "my account" just help you when exporting, not importing.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

    The import process doesn't give me an 'advanced' option at the end of the field mapping. I wonder if this is restricted to the Professional edition? I am using the Community edition.
