We try to achieve the following.

If an activity on an account is added and it is finally concluded there must be a date next appointment filled in. These must be stored in the account. It should also be displayed in the calendar.

Creating the field is no problem, but where we ensure that the field date next appointment automatically write to the account data and in the futher is displayed in the calendar.
