Date Search Bug?

Hi,

I have a problem in the Date Search field. Wherein it generates records a day earlier than the date I filtered.

For example
1. I created a record today (8-17-2011)
2. I chose to filter all created records starting tomorrow (8-18-2011) or search within (8-18-2011 - 8-20-2011)
3. The list will include records created today (8-17-2011).

Am i doing something wrong or is this a potential bug? Thank you and hoping for your reply.
