Date Search filter from = dd.mm.yy to <= dd.mm.yy

Hello!

Is it possible to change the search function so when search by a custom date field sugar lists all records until date dd.mm.yy instead only the records at specific date dd.mm.yy.

The enhanced search module didn't help much since it only gives a date range for certain fields and not my custom date field (called 'deadline').

Can anyone show me the way please?

Enhanced Search improvements apply to all the date-type fields (defaults and customs).
Don't know why yours doesn't show the date range.

You're right. Our custom field wasnt shown in the advanced search. In basic search the date range of enhanced search is not available. Can I change this somehow?

No, the Enhanced features are available in the Advanced Search only, since the Basic needs to be an easy quick-search.

Why don't you add the field to the Visible fields of the Advanced Search Layout ?
