Default Datetime Error on Lead Import

I normally import my leads into Sugar (Pro) in csv format and it has worked a few times, but recently I have been recieving this error:

"WARNING: [2] DateTime::modify() [datetime.modify]: Failed to parse time string (+ seconds) at position 0 (+): Unexpected character on line 598 in file /mnt/od2/store5/sugarondemand.com/jresetco/include/SugarDateTime.php"

(Repeated an infinite number of times after attempting to import)

Here are the precautions/possible solutions that have not fixed it:

    • Paste-Special "Values" only into new CSV file to ensure no hidden markup/excel problems
Matched my date and time settings (including timezone) in user preferences with the import's settings
Tried importing without ANY date/time fields (still getting same error)
Tried adding date created (and/or modified) field with EXACT same format as the downloadable template file

The ONLY fields that I am importing are: First name, Last Name, email, website, URL, and Lead Tier.

Any ideas? Is this a server-side problem (the error seems to be in the php on Sugar's site)?
