De Duplicating Targets --help please

Hello Sugar People ,

I need to know how to de duplicate -

Targets

Contacts and accounts

Without searching through 32000 of them !

Will anyone please let me know how to do this asap .....Especially targets are essential.

Hi,

Within account contact and leads you have a find duplicates button on the detail view - on the list view you have a merge. On targets nothing - if you are sending out emails through the campaign manager then you can suppress by email eg it wont send to the same email twice.

As you have 32000 odd records and want to clean the dataset quickly my suggestion would be to export to excel and clean it that way - that's what I normally do.
