default IP incorrect for email meeting invites

How do we change the default IP used by Sugar when sending out emial meeting invitations? Was it part of the initial set up and if so how can we modify it?
Specs: Windows 2000 server, 4.5.0b Sugar Suite, APACHE webserver, MySQL 5.0.3

If you a referring to the link in the email sent, it comes from the config.ini file. We had a similar situation and changed the Site URL to the external address and it allows users to accept
