Default team drop-down not showing

Does anybody know why the Edit User page doesn't how the Default team drop-down? I need to set default teams for users but the drop-down is literally missing.

Oh, I forgot to say, I'm using Pro version 4.5.1.

Can you attach in your next post the modules/Users/EditView.html file?
How did you install this Sugar?
Did anyone install any additional package or did anyone customize the Users module?
