I'm hoping this is the correct forum for this topic; if it is not, please feel free to move.
We use Active Directory authentication with our SugarCRM Community system. As long as a user account is created in AD, this user can log into Sugar. If this is their first time logging into Sugar, they immediately get access to all information on Sugar. We then need to change their permissions to limit what they see. The real problem with this is that we are not proactive in security setting, only reactive.
Is there any way to limit the permissions a new user gets by default?
