Question Defect? User cannot see own contacts.

This one's a bit convoluted... I'm evaluating SugarCRM Pro On-Demand...

I created a user account called Peter. I made him an Admin.

I logged in as Peter and created an Account and Contact.

While logged in as Peter, I changed him from an Admin to a non-Admin.

I then logged out and logged back in as Peter.

I could no longer see my Account/Contact.

I logged in as Admin and found that the Account was assigned to "admin". So I changed the assignment to "Peter". It did not "take" - it reverted back to "admin".

So, still logged in as Admin, I deleted the Contact and Account.

Then I logged in as Peter and created a new Account. It told me the account looked like a duplicate, but I created it anyway. It immediately said I had no rights to access the account.

I logged in as Admin and could see the Account (which was assigned to Peter).

Since I cannot seem to delete user Peter, I'm now at a complete loss...

    Any ideas?

    Hi,
I think you have to perform changing with roles and also perform repair after changes
