delete mails from a user's inbox

A user used a outlook add in which copied more than 100'000 copies of his emails into his sugar mailbox.
How can I delete this mails as admin (incl body and attachments)?
Is there a mass update possibility?

I run Version 5.2.0h (Build 5744)

Have you tried going to the Emails module and clicking All Emails and deleting?

If that doesn't help then you will probably have to run some database queries in order to get rid of them.
