Delete modules in role management

Hi, I encounter a problem in my role management. When I delete a custom module which I made before there will stay a blank row in role management. During the use of SugarCRM there were many custom modules installed and deleted. Therefor I now have many blank rows in my role management which I dont want them to be there. I tried the function 'repair roles' but it didnt made the rows disappear. Can somebody help me solve this.

I use Sugar Pro 4.5.1e

Did they get added to the modulesList array in index.php and not get deleted?

Thanks for your advice. Which index.php do you mean? in the basemap "sugarcrm" ? In that file I only see a few basic modules.

No I didnt get any further help. I still have no clue how to solve it. I would appreciate if you inform me when you find the solution.

check out include/modules.php. It seems to hold some of the module definitions.
