Delete multiple contacts and accounts

I have a list of contacts that have ID's from an Excel file. I need to match these ID's with the ID's in my Sugar database and delete them. What is the easiest way to do this?

Windows Vista

A custom script would seem the quickest way to do this. There's no native way in sugar to do it.
