Delete user,message"undefined", send email

Hello All...

I have 3 issues which i am stuck at, the followings are the issues...

1) Why cant we delete users from the admin/users panel? or is there another way to do so ?

2) In studio when clicked on the module( standard/custom) normally there comes a "loading...please wait " message displayed..but i my case it is showing "UNDEFINED" . can anyone help me out with his?

3) Why doesn't a "send test email" in admin panel/email settings work on shared web hosting? I dont exactly know about the issue whether it should work in shared or in dedicated.
