Deleted Custom field, field / label still shows

Using the Studio I created then deleted some custom fields in the Accounts Module in version 5.0b of the community edition of SugarCRM

I noted that the field still appeared when I selected the accounts tab and opened an account.

I returned to the studio and removed every instance of the fields from all of the displays in the Accounts Module.

Upon return to the Accounts tab and opening an account and to my amazement, some of the fields appear on the display screen, and another deleted field appears on the edit screen.

I went back to Studio and discovered that the Label entries for all of the fields that I had created and then removed remain in the list and I see no mechanism to delete them.

I also went to SQL Server and looked for a table in which the label and field appear and haven't found it yet.

How can I correct this issue?

Labels are never deleted and stay in the language files in directory

/custom/modules/<bean>/language/

So your account labels can be found and deleted in
/custom/modules/Accounts/language/en_us.lang.php
