    Lightbulb Deleting An Account In Sugar Crm!

    Can any one please guide me how to delete an account in 5.1 version please.. thanks in advance

    Hi BurninRubber

    If you are meaning "Delete an user Account" there is no available link to this.
    There is the user status field you may set to Inactive.
    This way the user can no login into system anymore.
    To delete an user account you should need to update the database and set the deleted to 1.
