Hi guys,

I'm a recent user of sugarcrm and as I start managing it I found several problems with (surely) very easy solution.
i.e.:
1.-when I schedule a call, this call appears in the lead, opportunity and/or contact it's related wih. And it also appears in the calendar in the date&hour when you scheduled it.
The problem comes when I decide to remove this call. If I delete it from the lead, opportunity and/or contact, etc "window", the call remains in the calendar. But if I delete it from the calendar it seems to be removed from the lead, opportunity and/or contact, etc.
Am I doing something wrong when deleting from the lead, opportunity and/or contact? It would be normal that if you remove it from the lead, contact, etc it removes authomatically from the calendar, no?

2.-Converting leads:
When I convert a lead, I normally create an account, a contact and an opportunity. If in the lead you have scheduled a future call (for example), when you convert it, you find that in the calendar appears 1 call for the contact, 1 call for the opportunity, 1 call for the lead and 1 call for the account. 4 equal calls scheduled for the same moment, which turns the calendar into a mess (imagine if you convert 4 or 5 leads!!)
Is there a way of managing this matter better?
I feel it will be horrible to start removing 3 copies of each call for eachconvertesd lead each time :/
