Deleting IMAP emails from an external client...

Hi,

Using SugarCE 5.1a, my email accounts (group and personal) are set up with IMAP. To read and reply to my emails, I use Thunderbird, SquirrelMail and Sugar (all IMAP)

Why is it that when I delete an email from Thunderbird, its deleted from SquirrelMail but it remains visible in Sugar with the "Either message Removed from Server or moved to a different folder" message instead of being deleted like it is supposed too? After all, the point of setting the email to IMAP is that the emails are on the server, not stored locally in Sugar.

The headers should be refreshed when accessing the mailbox so that deleted emails are deleted in Sugar... The result is that my "sugar inbox" is full of deleted spam and rendered all but unusable...

Am I the only one experiencing that ? I tried searching http://bugs.sugarcrm.com/ but did not find anything...

When I delete emails in sugar 5.2 and come back a few minutes later, it's back.
I am having a pop3, leave emails on server.
Most likely because sugar is not telling the server that the email was deleted as it is left on the server.

I guess the issue is that yes we want them left on the server, but as for the ones deleted, we don't want those left on the server. or at least have sugar mark them properly in it's own database so that it shows that we already said "stop showing them to us, we consider them deleteded."
