Question Deleting a module from Module Builder does not clean up

Having created a test module with a drop down list box, I subsequently deleted the module from the package.
There is already a second module in that same package.

I then go into that remaining module in Module Builderr and check the drop down list box list and I see that the drop down that I had created for the module that has been deleted - is still there and was not deleted when I deleted the module for which that list had been created.

If this is 'working as designed' (which it surely cannot be) - how do I clean up the remnants?

    Thanks

Default Re: Deleting a module from Module Builder does not clean up

    Hi,

Yes I could regenerate the same issue. And found out that the file generated by module builder custom/Extension/application/Ext/Language/en_us.CUSTOM_MODULE_NAME.php was not deleted.

I removed that file, and well well my dropdown was removed.
    Thumbs up.

    David,
Thanks for confirming and also the link to what to do to solve it.
I am still trying to fathom out the directory structure of what resides where....
