Deleting multiple leads with the same email address

My SugarCrm has thousands of leads on it and I have estimated that around 1/5 are duplicate entries with the same email address.
Is there any way I can merge these or delete quickly or will I need to do it manually? (May take a very long time)

In ListView you can select all leads with the same email address (left column with checkboxes) and the choose Actions->Merge. This will give you an overview of the selected leads (you can do the same in other modules too off course to merge contacts, accounts, etc.) and shows which field values are the same and which are different. This allows you to easily merge the data of the leads.
