About LinkBacksdoes Sugar has a time limited recycle bin like other systems? So, if data is deleted it can be undeleted within X days?
And if you set a persons rights to delete = none Why can they still merge? and can a merge be undone?

For the first part, it is dependent on how often you run the pruneDatabase option within scheduler (or someone literally runs a delete query on records where deleted = 1)
As for the second part, they shouldn't have the ability to merge, and no, as far as I know, there is no way to reverse it.
