Deleting Relationships Not working (Followed all thread advice)

Hi,

I have tried to follow all threads to delete a set of relationships, but it is not working.

I have many accounts showing up on a single Expense, which I want to delete. I tried removing it from the vardefs of both Accounts & Expenses [under custom] and rebuilding, but that just rebuilt the relationships and files. As well, I tried deleting those files and then the databases, then repair, but that did not help either.

What is the exact procedure for this?
