Deploying and managing multiple instances of SugarCRM

Is anyone familiar with a product that can launch, monitor and manage multiple instances of SugarCRM?

Several years ago, SugarCRM launched a product called Sugar Data Center Edition (DCE) for this kind of purpose, but it seems to have fallen off the map. However, they are a few hosting companies that offer SugarCRM as a subscription which would make make think there are some products out there.

The Cloud Console product took over the old DCE.

Note that DCE was always only for Professional and Enterprise, thus, anything that others would have been, or are, using for deploying multiple instances of Community Edition would have been custom made or violating the terms of DCE.
