detail view says "/*not implemented*/" next to custom fields

I can't figure out why the detail view has the phrase "/*not implemented*/" next to each custom field. The edit view works fine with those same fields.

I am running sugar ce 4.5.1j. When I create a custom field for leads i can see it in edit view, but when I am in detail view it says "/*not implemented*/" next to my custom fields.

Its any custom field that I create. The field works properly but I can't view it in detail view.

Please help! I checked the detailview.html file and everything seems fine. The database is correct. I am lost.

When I am in the edit layout section of the studio for the detail view if I drop in a custom field to an empty slot it shows the label correctly and the name but the name is in all caps, ex: SAMPLE_C. All the other names are in lowercase. Then when I click save/save and publish it says /*not implemented*/ where the name goes. This is not the case when I edit the layout of the edit view. Everything shows up correctly before and after saving in the edit view layout screen.

It seems as though my custom drop down fields work just not the custom text or text are fields.
