Details in lower panel

Does anyone know how to see the details of Activity and History when looking at a case or opportunity? Right now when I am in the case or opportunity tab, I have to click View Summary to see the history. Thanks.

Should you have ideas about how to make this better I suggest you state them as a detailed Feature Request. We're all about taking input from you and others regarding ways to simplify the app.

Do you mean that this is not possible now? I am happy to post it as a feature request, my question though was whether it was presently possible.
